Spotlight stamped Thank you cards.

Posted on 31 Jan 2018

Spotlight stamping is one of the easiest ways to draw attention to something and creating a beautiful visual effect.
I need to create some quick and easy thank you cards and these were loads of fun to make.

I used some coloured scrap papers to create bright and fun cards with a simple stamped sentiment.
Let’s take a look how you too can create them in a few minutes
step 1 – This sheet of coloured cardstock was used to test some product colours on and morphed into its own prettiness begging to be used.
You can also create your own sheet with some paint, inks and stamping.

step 2 – Die-cut or punch circles out of the patterned paper created.

step 3 – Stamp the ‘thank you’ from your stamp set onto the front of your card in black ink.

step 4 – Stamp the same sentiment onto one of the larger circles you cut from the coloured cardstock piece.
It doesn’t really matter where you stamp it on the circle but centered is probably best.

step 5 – Match the stamped circle up with the stamped sentiment on your card front and adhere it in place.

step 6 – Adhere some of the remaining circles onto the rest of the card and add some finishing touches like diamante and ink splats.

Mix it up by changing the position of the stamped sentiment on the card and the stamped sentiment on a smaller sized circle.
Mix circles up with different colour combinations and different embellishments for a variation to this easy spotlight stamped cards.

Stamped cards don’t have to be complicated – and these easy cards are simply beautiful and easy making a colourful statement.
Create a spotlight with your stamp sets – quick and easy.
