Quick Stamped birthday card.

Posted on 25 Oct 2017

With the new range of number stamp sets from Chiswick “Nifty Digits” – making quick birthday cards is really easy.
I needed a quick card for a little boy’s 8th birthday celebration
so I used my number stamps to create this card.
step 1 – You will need your number stamp set – Nifty Digits, ink in brown or black and an acrylic block.

step 2 – Add the numbers you want to use t6o the acrylic block in a random fashion. Ink up the stamps and stamp then repeatedly onto
the front of a card.
See how clearly the patterns are visible inside the numbers – this textured effect makes for a beautiful and interesting result.

step 3 – Use POP paint to highlight the number. I chose 8 for his 8th birthday and used Sprout Pop Paint.
Paint the bottom of  a paper cup with some paint and stamp it around the number to highlight it.

step 4 – Over stamp- the circle again slightly off-set and repeat as many times as you desire.

Decorate the card using stickers and an additional stamped birthday sentiment. Add machine sewing around the edges for interest.

And minutes later you have a beautiful quick and easy birthday card.

Products used:
POP Paint 28ml – Sprout
Clear Stamp – Nifty Digits rs3183
Other: Brown ink pad, acrylic block, cardstock.
