Stationery - Chiswick

POP Paint and stamping art journal page.

Posted on 05 Dec 2017

On the blog today I am sharing this minted art journal page with you created using POP Paint and Chiswick stamps.
The beautiful mint green and pink combination is perfect for a loved themed spread using stamps and stencils.

For the heart image I used a stencil and added colour using my POP Paint in Macaroon. A second layer of mint green ink was used
to create dimension on certain sections of the heart.

step 1 – Adhere a fun foam circle to an acrylic block. Use a paint brush and add a layer of Minted paint to the foam stamp.
Stamp random circles onto your background and leave to dry.

step 2 – Adhere your stenciled heart to your spread. Then add some stamping using your alphabet stamp set directly onto your heart using black ink.

step 3 – Over-stamp your background with the 715 stamp from your stamp set.

Add some finishing touches using your graphite pencil and a gold and pink paint marker.

Creating can be a wonderful journey and therapy making sense of things where life cannot, and I have tuned my life into this philosophy.
