Painted words – stamped card.

Posted on 25 Oct 2015

Hello everyone – how has your week been? Creative or not?
Today I have a simple stamped card I am sharing with you using another new stamp sets and some of the Chiswick dye ink pads.
The concept is so easy but effect is really stunning.
watercolour swatch stamped cardI started off by using a paint swish stamp for my background and built on top of it.
detail 2step 1 – Stamp the paint swish in 3 different colors repeating the colors as you wish on your card.
step 2Step 2 – Stamp your wording onto the front of the card, Make sure you know where you are placing your focal point element
before stamping your wording so you don’t cover it all up again.
step 3I used this  NEW time stamp set from Chiswick for my card. A gorgeous set with loads of possibilities for backgrounds and focal point elements.
step 1Once you are done stamping, add some sticker elements and embellishments to finish off your card.
detail 1My sticker element picked up the same colors of inks I used for my background stamping.
I used black for the wording so that they would stand out against the background colors.
What will you do with your time stamp set today?
