for the love of music cardHello everyone – thanks for stopping by again today. I had loads of fun playing with the music stamp set from Chiswick. Stamps are such an easy way to add interest to a project, and if you have a nice stamp set, you need very little of anything else to create a beautiful card. Here’s how i created this card
detail 1
Step 1 – Start off by stamping the sentiment onto the front of your white folded card base. Then add colour to it. I added ink to my craft sheet and then dipped my card into the ink and left it to dry.
step 1Step 2 – Stamp the violin onto a scrap piece of white cardstock using black permanent ink.
step 2Step 3 – Add colour to your stamped image using brown ink.
step 3Step 4 – Cut out the stamped violin using your small Chiswick scissors.
step 4Step 5 – Create the front of your card by layering a piece of patterned paper on the colour card front.
Step 6 – Stamp the image of the girl and trim smaller to fit your card. Adhere the image and then add decorative sewing around the edges.
Step 7 – Add foam dots to your violin and adhere it to the front of your card.
step 5Step 8 – Finish off your card with some diamante. And there you have a beautiful stamped card using some basic supplies.
detail 2Chiswick has a beautiful range of stamp sets available. Visit the website and see all the sets currently available in the range. Until next time – have a wonderfully creative stamping week!

Creating can be a wonderful journey and therapy making sense of things where life cannot, and I have tuned my life into this philosophy.
